I cannot praise Kevin (Donaldson Locksmith) enough. He was here within 20 minutes, happy and smiling and sorted my stuck lock out beautifully leaving the door easier to open and close than it had been in many years. He also oiled my gate latch on his way in and out (😀) and tackled the longstanding problem with the hellishly difficult opening and closing of my conservatory doors. I have had more than 5 people try and fix the problem to no avail and yet not only had Kevin fixed it in 10 minutes, he didn't charge me any more for this gamechanger of a repair. I have been struggling and finding it painful to open and close both front and conservatory doors for years so I am more than pleased 🤩.
I highly recommend him and he has my personal thanks for a job well done, going above and beyond with his work. Definitely 5 gold stars Kevin! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a fantastic service call him on Wednesday and he came out to me on Friday to remove my Caravan Wheel lock which was done in no time considering the lock that was on there.
A very reasonable price.
Such a nice guy he was explaining all the way through.

Great service, came out within 10 minutes but £95 for 2 minutes work is a tad steep, considering only a bit of mica plastic was used. Will be using again 😁

Excellent service from Kevin. Turned up as needed and sorted a lock problem straight away (free of charge). In order to protect an elderly parent, he also recommended and fitted a safer lock system. Friendly, caring and efficient. Recommended!

The service we received from Kevin during a power outage was outstanding! Kevin had to get us back into our garage (keys in the lock on the inside of the pedestrian door - doh! - and no power to the up and over garage door). This was a really tricky and urgent job so that our electrician could access our mains supply and restore the power to our house and garage. Kevin's skill and perseverance meant that the electrician was in very quickly and we had new locks immediately with no damage to either door - superb!
